If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Have been a patient of Dr. Foster since they opened. The office staff and hygienist are very friendly, informative and professional. Each visit has been pleasant and relaxing. Dr. Foster provides very meticulous care and sufficient medication for pain free treatments. Today, both of my grandchildren ages 8 & 9 became patients of Dr. Foster. Their care from the hygienist and Dr. Foster was exemplary. Both children enjoyed the dental education from the hygienist and Dr. Foster's exam. They are looking forward to their next visit.

It sure is the smile center, that's what you see as soon as you walk in the door, all smiles. A very friendly staff and Doc Foster is the best dentist I've ever been to. They also manage to keep the pain to a minimum. (Actually, I just go to flirt with the receptionist!)
