Child Membership

Perfect for kids who need routine preventive care. This plan includes:

  • 2 dental exams per year
  • 2 cleanings per year
  • X-rays as needed
  • 15% off additional treatments (fillings, sealants, etc.)
  • Fluoride treatment

 Standard Adult Membership

Ideal for adults looking for preventive care and peace of mind. To determine your plan eligibility, adults need to come in for a comprehensive exam and x-rays. During this visit, we’ll evaluate your dental health and recommend the best plan for you. This plan includes:

  • 2 dental exams per year
  • 2 cleanings per year
  • X-rays as needed
  • 15% off restorative and cosmetic treatments (fillings, crowns, whitening, etc.)

Perio Membership

Designed for patients who require periodontal care or have a history of gum disease. This plan includes:

  • 3–4 periodontal cleanings per year (as recommended)
  • Comprehensive periodontal evaluation
  • X-rays as needed
  • 15% off restorative and other dental procedures
